A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

A data processing agreement is in place with Resend; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. My mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Transfers to the USA may occur on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
I delete your details once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. An informal email to the address above is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
